Abstract

This image was part of a project from one of my Photography Challenges, the concept was 'Abstract'. The images was shot into the sun, hence the transparency through the wings. I deliberately shot the image at a rather slow speed, which created the 'fuzzy' feel to the image.
For the life of me, I can not remember what thought process was behind this image. I think we just had to shoot 'Footwear'. Nothing like a black satin stiletto-they are sitting shoes not meant for walking, that's for sure.
Just a really old Pot. it probably only the size of an Egg Cup. I use it for holding white pepper. It sits right by the cooktop.
One of my Challenges, we had to shoot an image that captured the letter 'G'-it's a little funky-but a 'G' it is.
This was my first attempt of creating Bokeh. Thought I had re-invented the wheel. This process is created by having a very shallow depth of field.
For this image we had to shoot something in the kitchen and make it art worthy. Tongs-you might ask why I have 8 sets of tongs?-shut up.
One of the Challenges, we had to shoot 'Sour'. Most people shot Lemons, Grapefruit etc. Not me, with Cocktails forefront in my mind-I went with Whisky Sour.
